Great school with a great open floorplan that allows outside views from almost every room. The library is spacious with big windows and the gym/auditorium is a very well built tornado shelter. The school is in walking distance to the vast majority of students served (on purpose). The best part though, is the incredibly dedicated staff.
Awesome school, but the way they seclude the children to their grades is a little annoying. Also the food is garbage. Otherwise, awesome. Went for three years, did not have problems.
I think this school is excellent. As a previous review stated, the floor plan is great. They are equipped with a tornado shelter, have a wonderful library, the cafeteria is spacious, they have multiple playground areas, and the best part is that it all looks very neat and clean. I wish I could give this school five stars, but the parent parking is terrible. That's the only real downside. We were notified that they will be fixing that this year though. My child started kindergarten here, she was already a smart kid but going to this school really brought out the best in her. We owe a big part of that to her wonderful teacher, Miss Sowell. Very kind staff. I definitely recommend this school. We will miss it.
